Empty Context Sensitive Help overlay windows [message #1862334] |

Hi. I'm using eclipse PDT Version: 2023-09 (4.29.0) / Build id: 20230907-1323
Eclipse IDE for PHP Developers 4.29.0.20230907-1200 epp.package.php Eclipse Packaging Project
PHP Development Tools (PDT) 8.1.0.202307170929 org.eclipse.php.feature.group Eclipse PDT
In a PHP source file I can hover the mouse button over an identifier, e.g. a class or function name, and after a short time a window frame for the Context Sensitive Help appears. It has the usual footer on pale yellow: "Press 'F2' for focus". It opens in different sizes, surely depending on the amount of context help text to be displayed. But it contains no text. And pressing F2 does not change it to a scrollable window either, as I was used to in earlier versions of eclipse PDT.
My installation has been updated during several years, sometimes with a longer break in between, so I guess it might be possible that some obsolete modules might remain. But I am afraid to prune my whole installation and install a fresh one because I customised its appearance a lot and I fear I may lose it all when I don't know which files to backup and restore.
