In some cases, I would like to abort the buildprocess. I clicked the stop button on the right side of the build project in the progress, but it only displayed "Cancel Requested" and did not actually abort the build.

From the console, it can be seen that after the compilation is completed, "Command Canceled" will be output, but in reality, it has not been cancelled

How should I abort the compilation process? Thank you in advance for any comments on this issue.
