SSHTunnel Configuration , How To setup? [message #1860696]

Hi,
Can someone detail the proper way to setup an SSH Tunnel connection on a non-std port, say 22123, in Eclipse 23.06 in order to debug PHP website remotely?

I have tried to do it within Eclipse but the connection is not established and also setting up the tunnel with Putty in which case the tunnel is established but Eclipse complains port 9003 is in use or stays in Launching Debug ( XDebug) 72%.

I give up. Eclipse does not even try to setup the tunnel when asked to debug through SSH tunnel.
