New to Eclipse for Embedded c/C++, trouble importing cmake projects [message #1859777] Tue, 27 June 2023 03:57

Hi, I am using an online course to learn embedded proramming using the pico mcu board.

We are opening course project files for the pico in eclipse, but when they import I get errors.

I have attached some images that show the errors I get when importing/opening the files.

I have opened the example codes folders as "C++ Makefile Project with Existing Code" and Ive used the "Open Project From File Systems"

Sometimes the projects I select come into the project explorer and i can see files and folders, other times when i open the same files, I get "indexer error" and the project will not load except for the visible name in the project tree.

In the image uploaded, uint and true are can not be found by the IDE, but i know these are basic programming mnemonics so i must be missing something important like a library.
