what dose this message mean. I either have the tiny triangle or the red x program runs now with the tiny triangle. Would not run would throw syntx error used launch the next time it colored my code and run perfectly.. This is what help said unsuccessful hot code replace what the heck??? Sorry but didnt know any other way to say this.

Without a picture it's hard to know what you are looking at. If you have compile errors, the compiler will still produce .class files but if you run them they will throw an exception. You could Google not replace and find this:
