i have a question about the quick picks when you mouse over a error [message #1858863]

when i have a error in my code and you have the red underline if you mouse over the code it shows hints but when you move the mouse to the list it vanishes. Sometime i will do this 6 to 8 times before it will stay open and let me select a option from list . This may be me not knowing how to set Eclipse up my brain is 72 so that may be the issue. I am fairly new to this But really want to learn.

I generally just click on the error marker with the light bulb in the left margin. You can also click F2 to give a hover window focus. For use Ctrl-1 to pop it up for the current cursor location.
