I already made some changes like placing -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true, I already changed the General settings, network connection to manual and nothing, I already saw tutorials and the error message appears

If I am using the version of Eclipse IDE v4.3, when I try to enter the marketplace I get an error message
Cannot open Eclipse Marketplace

I don't think you'll find someone likely to provide support for such an older version of Eclipse IDE. It is not considered as supported by the community (usually only latest and upcoming releases are supported, some components do also support some older releases, but I don't think any would go that back in the past). Please first try using latest release.

I already tried to use a current version, what happens is that when I try to compile it, it shows me an error that the JDK is not supported, since I use a sun package that is not compatible with the most recent version, it shows errors in my code

What is the "it" you are trying to compile? What JDK are you trying to use to compile against? Keep in mind that you should be able to configure the IIDE to use whatever JDK you want, so there's maybe a misunderstanding because the latest release comes with a Java 17 JDK and that will be available by default, but is not the only one you can use.

Yes, the 2022-03 release changed to require Java 11 for Ant launching. Five years ago it required Java 1.8 minimum. I'm not sure if the next one will required Java 17, but I don't see anything changed for that yet.

Probably the marketplace stuff isn't working is because that server redirects to https and many the code is not follow redirects properly. I don't think there is a way to fix that except maybe to try to update marketplace client to a much newer version.
