How to do a factory reset on all of eclipse preferences [message #1857779]

I have Version: 2022-12 (4.26.0) Build id: 20221201-1913 on Windows 10. I just downloaded this after deleting the installation folder and all of the .p2 folders.

I had made some changes to some of the eclipse preferences (dark theme and font size). These changes still appear after a new install.

I would like to reset all of the preferences and options.

How do I do this? Do I need to do something with the windows registry?
