After I installed the "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" Software, I could not find any option to uninstall it! How can I remove the software entirely and in a proper manner?

Just remove the folder where it's installed. If you no longer have or want any Eclipse installations, also delete the <home>/.p2 folder and <home>.eclipse folder.
