It can be for installed plugins does not correct. Any ideas to fix?

I find a point of that problem: this caused by Eclipce Embedded CDT (v6.3.1) plugin. Just installed on the clear workspace, the New Project window will be corrupted. I have Windows11-64.

Next issue for Eclipse for Embedded:
Eclipse not looking into Preferencies/MCU/BuildtoolsPath to find a make.exe and trying to find it in system PATH variable. Users get the error:
Error: Program "make" not found in PATH
This is not happens in Eclipse fo C/C++ developers 2022-12.
Very dissapointed with Eclipse...
