The PDF icon/button/links for EclipseLink 4.0 documentation appears to be broken (please see details below).

Can they be fixed ?

Thank You for the error report.
Documentation for 4.x is updated now by new version generated from ASCII Doc from https://github.com/eclipse-ee4j/eclipselink/tree/master/docs.
Except current HTML and PDF there is additionally E-PUB new format.
