I asked twice for a trial period for RCPTT Test runner and got no answer.

Is it still a thing?

RCPTT Test Runner is part of RCPTT and open source, so no license are required.
Please refer to https://www.eclipse.org/rcptt/documentation/userguide/runner/ for documentation.
