Conditional breakpoints - missing java project context [message #1856013]

I am having this issue for several years.
I am working on maven / spring projects.
All dependencies have sources downloaded.
Conditional breakpoints are simply not working.
Getting message all the time:
Unable to compile conditional breakpoint - missing Java project context.
Not sure why this issue is happening for years.
Wonder if other people having this issue.
Anything I can do to facilitate solving it?
Really missing the ability to set conditional breakpoints.
