Has anyone found a working solution for Lombok and/or MapStruct to be used in an Eclipse RCP application?

We got several e3 and e4 applications that are built with Tycho for production and with PDE during development, so it has to work in both builds.

I only found the following 6-year-old bug for the tycho-compiler-jdt Maven plugin (not even sure if this plugin is relevant for us, currently we use the tycho-compiler-plugin )

I'm also not sure if this is the proper sub forum - it seems to span multiple actually.
So any help is appreciated :-)
