I'm trying to communicate between 4DIAC and a motor drive with Modbus TCP.

I don't quite understand which method I should use. I knew how to do it with classic Python code (with the Socket.py library)

But I would like to integrate all that into 4DIAC.


I don't know which address I should use IW%

If someone has a great tutorial to explain me how to do it...

Hi Lorzenzo,

I fear we don't have a great tutorial. But here [1] you can find an example how Martin interacting with a Festo motor controller via Modbus. I hope this helps.
