Hello,
i recently updated to a new version of eclipse (2021-12) and noticed, that if i open a file with a specific editor eclipse wont save this. In a previous version i could open a file with editor b, close it and then double click it and it would again open it with editor b. now the default editor is always selected if i double click a file.
I know that i can choose my default editor - that is working pretty nicely, but thats not what i want. i want that the editor saves wich editor i used last for a specifig file type.
Was this behaviour changed recently? and can i turn it back?
