Excellent, thanks. Has there been a change in dependency in the released 3.9.0? My target definition is not resolving properly now. For some reason I get unresolved requirements when I run my application, even though the Validate plugins button says that there are no problems with the dependencies. There seem to be two versions of Batik getting pulled in by the target platform (1.9.1 and 1.14.0) - and it looks as though there are different versions of these dependencies from various download locations, that don't quite work together.

Not entirely sure how, but I fixed it - I now have a target platform based on 3.9.0, using the 2022-09 Eclipse platform SDK. Weirdly, I now get a validation error on the plugins, but the application starts up without any issues.

The sooner you move to a pure maven build the better, I say!
