Default index.html not being displayed after upgrading to RAP 3.22 [message #1855196]

Upgrading from RAP 3.18 to 3.22 the index.html in the docroot is no longer displayed using the base url, .e.g. http://localhost:8081/ but is displayed with http://localhost:8081/index.html No configuration has change since upgrading.

Does anyone know why this change and how to have the index.html in any folder automatically be displayed again. I checked the Jetty release notes between 10.0.6 to 10.0.11 and did not see anything that would have changed this. The only thing that changed in the release notes was a mention of a jetty configuration item called:

jetty.httpConfig.relativeRedirectAllowed=true

Also, is there a way to set Jetty configuration init-parameters using RAP?
