Hi everyone,
I'm working on a RCP application using eclipse 4.14 platform and I came up with the problem that the logs say " No repository found at "download.elcipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2019-12. If we access this link, the eclipse page will show us that the contents were already moved to "archive.eclipse.org/technology/epp/packages/2019-12". However, this issue only occurs on my windows machine and it works fine on my linux machine. Is anyone has any idea how to solve this problem on windows? I'm using tycho to build my plugin.

Sorry for not including "http://" because I'm the new user.
