Error when building scout application.

Error:  Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.10.1:compile (default-compile) on project kayloo.invoice.shared: Execution default-compile of goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.10.1:compile failed: Plugin org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-compiler-plugin:3.10.1 or one of its dependencies could not be resolved: Could not find artifact org.eclipse.platform:org.eclipse.osgi:jar:3.18.100-SNAPSHOT in eclipse.snapshot (https://repo.eclipse.org/content/groups/snapshots/) -> [Help 1]

I know that the error is not scout related. May be someone building a scout application the last days has encountered similar errors.
