Cannot apply "Label Foreground Color" to not "Enabled" widgets? [message #1853560]

Hello,
I just noticed that checkboxes that got the feature "Is Enabled" to false, are always grayed out and their words/sentences cannot have their color changed. (The background color can be changed however).

I would love to keep the color of my words/sentences the same, weither the widget is Enabled or Not, is that possible?

I am using 6.5.1
