Hi,

I'm trying to create an instance/object diagram using Payrus class diagram. I have created two instance specifications and configured their classifiers. However, the association link is not displayed at all. I tried show all related links but still no link is appearing. I'm expecting something like the below. Please, advise.

Hany

Hi Mohamed,

this is a really interesting example. From which author is it?

An InstanceSpecification element being an instance aka object is an individual, something unique which exists exactly once. How can an instance have a cardinality of three?

If you take a look at the UML specification there can be a "link" between InstanceSpecification elements as shown by Figure 9.30 "InstanceSpecifications representing two objects connected by a link". But what this "link" should be is not specified.

I would rather model it like below:
index.php/fa/42238/0/

/Carsten
