Some of the RHEL-7.9 users are complaining that buttons disappear in Eclipse.
By hoovering over the buttons, they appear again.
Do you know how to stop this disappearing of the buttons?

The Eclipse version that we must use is: 3.7.2

I cannot update the Eclipse version as it is part of the software set-up that is provided by our hardware manufacturer and their software is relying on this version.

Eclipse 3.7.2 is ages old. RHEL-7.9 is fairly new. Most likely RHEL-7.9 has newer libraries, not compatible with this old Eclipse version.

Seems unfixable to me. I see two possible solution approaches, but both don't sound too promising: either get the software provider to upgrade his product to a much newer Eclipse version, or try to set up some virtualized environment in which this old Eclipse can still use older system libraries.
