Does the Property View Sirius Specifier work in Capella ? Yes or No? [message #1851834]

Hello,
As shown in the attached image, a property view description works fine in the runtime (capella instance) of a capella studio.

However the packaged property view would not work ever on an independant Capella and I can't put my finger on the reason why.

This begs the question:

Are there any incompatibilites preventing Capella from being changed by a property view description?
