I have a Javafx app that uses AnchorPanes to hold groups of components. I can select the panes by clicking anywhere in the pane. I can not duplicate this within Jubula. Does the Click (general components) have to be over a component or does it just send a click?

Is there a way to map Pane objects as I wish to test a property of the Pane?

Mapping Panes is a risky thing with Jubula, in General you can achieve this, but it also has sometimes the Problem that you cannot map components which are in it.

You can try it with simple extension: https://help.eclipse.org/2020-12/topic/org.eclipse.jubula.client.ua.help/content/html/userManual/concepts/ch06s13.html

Thanks for the pointer, this did work and it did allow me to select fields enclosed in the AnchorPane. I will investigate further to see if there are any restrictions
