Indeterminate progress bar animation problem on Linux [message #1850549]

I'm using indeterminate progress bar for Eclipse EPD project on Linux (CentOS 7) but I'm facing a problem with it's animation.
Directly after launching Eclipse the progressbar's animation works fine but it stops after few seconds and not moving any more until I restart Eclipse.

I tested the same SW over Window but that problem doesn't happen.

Any help?
