i am usign the code snippet there in 1799391 to get rid of the OS specific SHA1 id computation. Now, observed the even using AutoLFInputStream for SQL files SHA1 Id is differnet.
can ignore the extra white spaces added while converting the CRLF to LF or viceaversa.

I guess you're referring to https://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/1096515/ . I have no idea what exactly you are observing; AutoLFInputStream should not add whitespace or extra line feeds at the end. Can you provide the true raw input files, please?
