Hi,

At my office we are developing using Eclipse on Offline desktop.
Now, I need to install some new plugins from the marketplace.
In order to do so, I have an standalone desktop connected to the web,
that I want to download several plugins and then using dok to install them on our offline dev desktop.

how can I perform it?

You need to use the p2 mirror tool from your connected machine to create a mirror of remote plugin repositories: https://help.eclipse.org/2021-12/topic/org.eclipse.platform.doc.isv/guide/p2_mirror.html . Then you'll be able to use this local copy of the repository on the offline machine through the Help > Install New Software dialog.
