RCPTT maven plugin fails with tar.gz from tycho 2.5.0+ builds [message #1849846]

RCPTT 2.5.1 fails to properly extract tar.gz products built using tycho 2.5.0 and above. Tycho 2.5.0 changed the long filename mode used to create tar.gz archives and now when rcptt extracts theaw archives, paths over 100 characters get truncated leading to a corrupt product.
