Hello,
Im trying to install eclipse che in Azure Cloud. Facing difficulty in Keycloak, as during the Post installation checklist, getting the message
Keycloak pod bootstrap...skipped
Version of chectl used
chectl/7.42.0 linux-x64 node-v12.22.10
As per the documentation, Keycloak is a prerequisite for eclipse che .
Based on the Custom Resource Defintion, (CRD), the property externalIdentityProvider if true will use an external identity provider and if false, the eclipse che deployment shall install the keycloak within the AKS cluster.
In the Chetl CRD defintion file templates/che-operator/crds/org_v1_che_cr.yaml , have set the externalIdentityProvider to false.
Still during the installation gives the message Keycloak pod bootstrap...skipped in the Post Installation checklist.
Struck on this issue for a very long time. Though the eclipse che installation gets complete, i could see the following error in one of the pods
eclipse-che che-gateway-5569cfb964-xgtpt 3/4 CrashLoopBackOff 7 13m
When I investigate the individual containers in the pod, get to know an eror OIDC Issuer URL not defined.
Moreover the URL displayed after Prepare post installation output of eclipse che does not work. It gives 503 error.
Would be happy to provide additional details, if any required.
Looking forward to support from this forum,
With Thanks,
Nathan CSA
