This OpenJ9 optimization option worked well with Papyrus 4, but definitely breaks Papyrus 6.

Using this option
* creating new Papyrus this option makes the new projects contain artifacts of the previously used
* package import shows weird behavior
* creating metaclasses in a profile shows weird behavior
