Unable to read repository even we don't have network issue.it seems file moved to some other folder kindly guide me to resolve this issue and attached image for your reference

Such a problem is generally caused running with an old JRE/JDK that does not have have recent root certificates in its certificate store. Running with a newer JRE/JDK will likely help. Or maybe this:
