When trying to build rap master, it aborts because the jetty repo is not reachable:

Caused by: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at https://download.eclipse.org/webtools/jetty/10.0.5/repository.

A number of eclipse.org servers were offline over the weekend. The contents of download.eclipse.org are slowly coming back, see https://www.eclipsestatus.io/ .
