Your Enterprise Architect model will be a UML, SysML, UAF, or similar model. The modeling concepts are completely different from the Arcadia concepts. Basically, this is like exporting the data from your sailboat design program and hoping to load it into a motorcycle design program.
You might be able to salvage some parts such as requirements. In general, however, you are going to need to work through your Enterprise Architect model, understand the concepts, map those concepts to Arcadia concepts, and enter the Arcadia concepts into a model in Capella.
I recommend the book by Pascal Roques on Arcadia as a starting point:
https://www.amazon.com/Systems-Architecture-Modeling-Arcadia-Method/dp/1785481681
If your Enterprise Architect model is a SysML model and you are not very familiar with SysML, you can refer to my book on SysML for Enterprise Architect:
https://www.amazon.com/Simple-SysML-Beginners-Enterprise-Architect/dp/1937468054
Later this year, Pascal and I will be releasing a book for Arcadia/Capella that is more of a beginners step-by-step book similar to my EA book. In the meantime, you can look at the Capella community website:

Hope this helps!
