no, it is not true. you could find the watch function in the menu->debug->watch.

We have already fixed that in the development version and it will be available in the autumn release.

But as Martin said please report such things in Bugzilla. We use Bugzilla to plan our work and track the issues of 4diac IDE and 4diac FORTE. This is impossible in the forum. This link [1] will directly bring you to a Bugzilla page with some prefilled 4diac information. This link can also be found in the footer of the 4diac web page.
