Grad Project not showing up in Debug Configurations.../Create [message #1840132]

My Eclipse version is

Version: 2021-03 (4.19.0)
Build id: 20210312-0638

and I have Buildship installed.

Eclipse Buildship Buildship, Eclipse Plug-ins for Gradle 3.1.5.v20210113-0929 org.eclipse.buildship

when I go to the Debug Configurations... and click the Create new configuration button there is no Gradle Project available so I cannot creat a debug configuraration.

The project I'm trying to debug is fresh/virgin project created with the File/New Project../Gradle/Gradle Project... wizard.

The project builds fine but I cannot debug it the "Eclipse Way" cause I cannot create a launch configuaration.
