Babel Language Packs R0.18.3 are now available! [message #1839914]

Babel Language Packs R0.18.3 for 2021-03, 2020-12, and 2020-09 release trains are now available! Translations in all languages for all projects in Babel up to 2021/03/27 are included in R0.18.3.

Starting in this release, we are providing two new links:

Babel Language Pack Zips for Latest Release
https://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/babel_language_packs/latest/index.php

Babel Language Pack Update Site for Latest Release
https://download.eclipse.org/technology/babel/update-site/latest/

Referencing these links in your download or build scripts will always point to the latest release of Babel. No more need to update the scripts when a new Babel release is available.

Smoke tests of the Babel Language Packs in multiple languages were performed on different operating system platforms. Translation completeness for each language and each project may vary.

Thanks to all the Babel translators for the contributions! Try launching Eclipse in your own language!
