Goodnight,
Yesterday I installed Ubuntu on my computer.
But today, when I opened my eclipse, it just disappeared almost all .java files ,. class of the masses. I've tried to delete the .metadata and it doesn't return the files, what could I do ??
In the .log, this error appears: ! ENTRY org.eclipse.core.resources 2 10035 2021-03-29 20: 18: 02.343
! MESSAGE The workspace exited with unsaved changes in the previous session; refreshing workspace to recover changes.

Could someone help me please?

If you deleted files in .metadata, that might be unrecoverable. Are there any relevant stack traces in the eclipse log? You might want to show your eclipse.ini file.

Hi,

A lesson learned.....

After Accidental delete of my work space (years ago...) I never put my sources in the default location (workspace).

A safer way (IMHO) is to create a folder manually somewhere and use it for your project.

Like so:

index.php/fa/40256/0/

Regards.

Good afternoon,
Actually, the only mistake I got was this one, but it was probably due to the conflict of installing other programs and because my desktop is inside / temp, but it was a lesson to not commit these accidents anymor
