I can just create shortcut of the .exe and drag it to desktop.
I can't drag it into windows ALL APP menu. I cannot find it through the search bar.
Its version is Version: 2021-03 (4.19.0).
I am using windows.
I downloaded the .exe installer and chose IDE for C/C++.

If you installed it in the default location then you pobably installed it in the home folder under the Eclipse folder:

C:\Users\<user-id>\eclipse\<product-name>-<version>

Did you disable creating shortcuts on the final installer page?
