Hi Patrik,

Assuming you are talking about the Incubation tool, you should be able to find released binaries here [1] each sorted under the latest known compatible Eclipse release and the repository itself here [2].
The layer tool is based on the application of CSS on diagrams and elements. There is a stack of 'layers' affecting one or multiple elements and applying the associated CSS sheets. This is however still in the incubation state and some functionalities were left unfinished.

There was a video done on the youtube channel about the state of the tool as it should be. [3]

I get errors when trying to install it from the update site. Is it support to work with 2021-03? Also problems when running it from the code in git.

Hi again,

There is no plan to get it out of incubation as of now and the last release of it was quite some time ago so it doesn't surprise me that there are compatibility issue with 2021-03.
I can take look at it to see if this can be rewired to the current code base in order to make it compatible without too much work.

I updated the layers to work for eclipse 2019-12. You can check it at https://github.com/perelengo/org.eclipse.papyrus.incubation
The official version is outdated and did'nt allow to push this changes.
