Hello,
I have some project and on the source tree, some time are showed the icon with a small subincon and I don't know how get the reason of this. I am able to build this project without any error and the generated executable works well.
Attached an image with the example.

The subicons tell that you're having problems with the marked files.

Open the 'Problems' view and look what is displayed there.
