Hi everyone.

I'm not sure if I'm asking in the right forum.

I have all SOA and OSB software installed (version 12.2.1.4.0) on my virtual machine with Oracle Linux 6. Everything is working fine.

I downloaded OEPE 12.2.1.9 (photon) but I can't open OSB perspective to start developing on OSB. I know I may need to add plugin or features to OEPE for it to work but I can't find how to do it.

Can some explain me step-by-step how I can do this?

I also tried Oracle Network Installer but it stops when downloading licenses. It also suggest me to install Eclipse Oxygen? But I can never get to the download phase.

Any help is appreciatted. Thanks.
