Error when installing eclipse [message #1837198]

I'm currently trying to install eclipse on Windows. The problem is that my username is Štěpán and eclipse changes that to Št?pán. I'm guessing it's trying to make a folder named that, but you can't since "?" is a blacklisted folder character.
Does anyone know what I should do to resolve this?

It's odd that it's just the one ě and not the other two non-ASCII characters. Does the .p2 folder exist in your home folder? Does the file .p2/pools.info exist and does the path in that file look correct?
