i have downloaded eclipse package:

Eclipse IDE for Web and JavaScript Developers

and i am following the JavaScript Development Guide

but I can't find New->Project->Java Script Project

what have i miss?
anything that i need to explicitly install?

That's documentation that still needs to be cleaned up (the wizard no longer exists), but also for plug-ins that aren't in that package anyway. The tools in that package don't require a specific project type.
