Hello

Are there plugins that can expand an IDE's functionality ?

I am looking for the same features that would be in the following IDE's.
Eclipse IDE for Embedded C/C++ Developers
Eclipse IDE for Web and JavaScript
Eclipse IDE for PHP Developers

I installed "Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developer".

In this sense, the entire Unix system functions as an IDE. The free software GNU tools (GNU Compiler Collection (GCC), GNU Debugger (GDB), and GNU make) are available on many platforms, including Windows.
