i cloned the xrdp project https://github.com/neutrinolabs/xrdp/wiki/Building-on-Debian-8 , and built and installed it, it runs fine.

now, i am trying to profile it, make a code coverage.

i know few about autotools, i had not found any document easy to understand yet. The guide to Makefile is relatively easy, but not the autotools.

i imported the project into eclipse with CDT, it builds fine in eclipse, with both Build(GNU) and DEBUG(GNU).

but now, i want to profile the running xrdp service application, make a code coverage for it. What shall i do? any tutorial for this?
