Help Tab - Do Not Follow [message #1836256] Sat, 26 December 2020 13:42 Go to next message

As I am developing code in a Java editor, I put my cursor on a type or method (e.g. Objects). I then hit F1. The Help tab shows "Javadoc for 'java.util.Objects'". I then click on that link and I see the Javadoc. I then click elsewhere in the Java editor and the Javadoc disappears. How do I make the Help tab not follow the Java editor?

Hi

This is controlled by the "Link with Selection" toggle icon at top right of Javadoc view.

Regards

I do not have a "Link with Selection" toggle icon. I am looking at the "Help" tab and not the "Javadoc" tab.
