Hello,
I have one question. I have just enabled dark theme in my Eclipse, but I still have white title bar (screenshot) . Is there way on Windows to turn it dark as well? The white color is really distracting.

I think this is a Windows question. I.e., the Window theme controls how the title area is rendered so you'd have to change the operating system theme to change that.
