Estimating Epidemiological Parameters Using External Data [message #1834207] Wed, 04 November 2020 21:47 Go to next message

Hi, I am having trouble getting estimated Epidemiological Parameters for COVID19 from external data.
The data I am using is my overall country's COVID19 data.

I used the estimator features in the analysis perspective, but when I load the file into the estimator, nothing appeared? What is wrong with this?

I am suspecting that I must use data at administration level 1 (state level), but I cannot get the complete data on that...

Can stem actually estimate parameters at the administration level 0 (country level) data?

Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

You want to use the Automated Experiment feature. Please read this doc
