How to make a Windows standalone executable for a Python program developed in Eclipse? [message #1834144]

Some three years ago I developed an application to upload Solar cells data to the internet. The application is written in Python in the Eclipse IDE. Recently I met a problem in the application that I fixed in the source code. However now I cannot find anymore how to create a stanalone .exe file for the application. If I remember well I did do it in Eclipse using some setup Python script and the Export command? I tried a number of tools outside of Eclipse but always met problems with libraries. Moreover, it is much more elegant to do it in Eclipse?

If it's something provided by pydev, it's probably better to look here for a place to ask the question of the developers who provide such support.
